Brendan is the lead partner in the firm's labor law practice. A graduate of Yale Law School, Brendan clerked for the United States Court of Appeals before joining the firm. Brendan has handled numerous judicial, administrative, and arbitration proceedings and has argued appellate cases. He has taught law school courses at the University of Minnesota Law School, William Mitchell College of Law, and Northwestern University School of Law. Brendan speaks and writes regularly on labor and employment topics. He is active in the Workers Interfaith Network and is fluent in Spanish.
