Justin represents people who have faced discrimination, harassment, or retaliation in housing, employment and other areas. He also provides non-litigation advice regarding strategic employment issues and handles labor law matters. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, Justin is Vice-Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Labor & Employment Section and an Officer of the National Employment Lawyers Association's Eighth Circuit Board. He teaches civil rights and constitutional litigation at the University of Minnesota Law School and William Mitchell College of Law, and he spearheaded the development of the interdisciplinary Workers' Rights Clinic. Justin frequently speaks at conferences on employment litigation and civil rights law and writes articles on those topics for national publications. Both Minnesota Lawyer and Minnesota Law & Politics named Justin one of the top attorneys in the State. He is fluent in Spanish.
