Kelly is a partner with MILLER O'BRIEN CUMMINS. As an employee rights advocate, she represents individuals who have experienced discrimination in the workplace, including harassment and retaliation. Her work includes state and federal court trial work, arbitrations, mediations, and appellate practice. Ms. Jeanetta also provides non-litigation counseling, including strategic advice and negotiation with respect to employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and separation agreements. She is President of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and regularly presents seminars on worker rights issues. She is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and is a trained mediator.
