Nicole practices in the areas of labor and employment law. Much of Nicole’s work involves handling unfair labor practice charges filed with the NLRB, as well as grievance and arbitration proceedings. Nicole teaches Legal Writing at the University of Minnesota Law School. In 2001, Nicole interned with former Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone, and became interested and involved in the many challenges faced by Minnesota workers. While in law school, Nicole investigated unfair labor practice charges as an intern for Region 18 of the National Labor Relations Board. Nicole graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota, Morris.
